ReplyOpsAI Website Inspector analyzes publicly accessible website pages and provides inspection reports to registered users. It does not require CMS, hosting, or server credentials.

Data we process

We process account information needed for authentication, including email, display name when provided, session records, and sign-in provider. For inspections we store the submitted website address, normalized domain, audit status, timestamps, entitlement information, and generated findings. Passwords are handled by the authentication system and are not stored as plaintext.

How data is used

Data is used to authenticate users, enforce inspection eligibility, perform requested inspections, display audit history and reports, measure aggregate product usage, prevent abuse, and operate the service.

Analytics, sharing and retention

Our first-party analytics are designed without tracking cookies, fingerprinting, or retention of full IP addresses. ReplyOpsAI does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure and authentication providers required to operate the service, or disclosed when legally required. Account and inspection records are retained while needed for service operation, legitimate records, and abuse prevention.
